Ms. Carrie Belle Young Alexander was born in Millen, GA on August 9, 1944, to the parents of Ben Young, Sr. and Janie Young. She joined Lane Grove Baptist Church at an early and served faithfully.
Carrie was educated at Aaron School, then later moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She was preceded by her parents and five siblings.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a son, Kenneth Young, of Philadelphia; a former daughter-in-law, Sarena Young, three grandchildren; siblings, Ben Young, Jr., George Young, Henry (Tina) Young, Gladys, Young, Mattie (Lester) Foremen, and Ethelene Young, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
