Margaret Shingleton Herrington, born July 7, 1955, was the daughter of the late Armenus and Minnie McGee Shingleton.
She was a graduate of Lucy C. Laney High of Augusta, GA. She served as a majorette both in Jenkins and Richmond Co. She retired from J&J Midside Company. Margaret enjoyed music and preparing wonderful dishes for her husband whom she married when fresh out of high school. As it was spoken Tommie, he had to have this young lady, so he married her on the date of her birth; they have been together ever since.
