Avis was born in Fort Lauderdale where he attended Boyd Anderson High School; he would then transition to Georgia where he attended Jenkins High School Millen GA. Avis was a Family man with a passion for fixing cars, fishing and Cooking and let's not forget he was true a Gator's fan! Avis leaves to cherish his memory: two daughters, Adriana McNeely, Dy'mon Jones II sons Avis McNeely, II, Artavis McNeely Siblings: Adrian Hampton, Amanda (Darryell) Cross), Davida Robinson, Kaon Robinson, Kwan Robinson, Latrice Larkins (Pastor Darran Hill) Shameka Hampton, James Hampton (Paris) Shaquanda Hampton Johnson (Marlin Johnson) Danielle Hampton, Brandon Hampton (Deceased) William Flemning. Special Cousin, Sonja McNeely (aka Trinnie), and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
