Ms. Dorothy Williams, a native of Millen, GA was born to the late Ola Mae and Walter Williams, Sr. of Millen, GA. During her early childhood she joined Fellowship Baptist Church in Burke County, GA and was a postgraduate of Burgess Landrum High School where she loved sports, playing basketball for the Burgess Landrum Bombers.
Dorothy also completed and received a certificate from Eye and Ear of New York, NY as a Phlebotomist, and an EKG Technician.

Dorothy leaves behind one sister, Rachel Williams French of Millen, GA, three brother, Walter (Lizzette) Williams of Bowie, MD Otis Lee (Sonya) Williams of Temple Hills, MD, and Isiah Williams of Bowie, MD and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews; and a long-time devoted friend, Sheila Mathis of Bronx, NY.
