Mr. Henry Hall, Jr. was born in Burke County and raised in Jenkins. On Monday, February 10, 2020 he went home to be with his Savior. Shine as he was affectionately called was born on July 4, 1935.

He attended Burgess Landrum School and graduated with a Basketball Scholarship to Savannah State College. He lived a simple life, enjoying what he loved doing best; like fishing, landscaping and watching movies.

He relocated to Portal years ago and there he lived out his life of leisure.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Natika Jean.
