Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Sanders was born in Millen, GA on October 10, 1933 to Viola Sanders. He was the youngest child of five siblings.
He was a Millen native and a member of Zion Baptist Church. He loved conversating with various ones, bringing the latest news of the day. He was loved by all who knew him; and, on any given day you would find him sitting and talking with different ones at Dairy Queen, Neighborhood Country Corner store or Bi-Lo, and at the Mortuary with "in his words, James Kirkland wife." He worked at Dairy Queen doing odd jobs to pass the time away.
Kenny was a kindhearted person who knew lots of people, and he never met a stranger. After some years when his health began to fail, he was relocated to Manor Personal Care Home in Sylvania, GA where he lived his later days before going into Syl-View Rehabilitation Center in December of 2019. On April 29, 2020 he was called home by our Savior, Jesus Christ from labor to reward.
He was preceded in death by his all siblings, Mary A. Herrington, Easter Shatteen, Ben, and Robert Anderson.
He leaves to mourn a host of loving nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
You will be sadly missed, Kenny, we loved you, but God Loved you best.
