Lee Edward Thompson (58) was born on August 29, 1962, to the late Arthur Thompson, Sr. and Bernice Robertson-Mills.
Two brothers preceded him in death, Ronald Mills and Arthur Thompson, Jr.
Lee attended Burgess Landrum High School, then later he received his welder's training at Job Corps and worked as a welder for over twenty years at Bellcrest Homes in Millen, GA.
His favorite pass time was fishing and fixing on "things."

Lee departed this life Monday morning, June 28, 2021, at his resident.
Lee's memory will be cherished by his brothers: Randy Thompson, Augusta, GA, and Willie (Belinda) Mills, Waynesboro, GA; Sisters, Sheila G. Scott, Millen, GA LaWanda and Charnita Thompson of Augusta, GA; Stepmother, Rosezda Thompson, Augusta, Ga; Special cousin, Arthur Robertson, III, a loyal friend, Clay Herrington, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Mortuary from 1-6 p.m.
