His Legacy, His Footprints

Lenzie Reese, Jr., was born August 19, 1974, in Bulloch County, to Dec. Lenzie Reese, Sr. and
the late Mamie Reese of Millen, GA. He was the second of the three children. Chuck as he was
affectionately known, entered eternal rest at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in
Statesboro, Georgia, surrounded by family on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
Lenzie was educated in Jenkins County School System, where he graduated. He then went on to
join the United States Navy. After devoting his life to the U. S. Navy, Lenzie began employment
at Viracon as the Production Team Leader. At an early age Lenzie joined Lane Grove Missionary
Baptist Church.
He leaves to celebrate his life, his son, Taylor Alexander Reese, Millen, GA; his father, Lenzie Reese, Sr. (Millen, GA); one brother: Christopher (Dorothy) Reese Sr. (Twin City, GA), one sister: Tangie (Chadwick) Reese Johnson (Statesboro, GA); three nephews: Christopher V. Jr. (Charlotte, NC); Koriaun D. Reese (Statesboro, GA); and Chadwick J. Johnson, Jr. (Statesboro, GA); two nieces: Tierra N. Reese (Statesboro, GA), and Kiara D. Reese (Statesboro, GA); and one great nephew: Kaiden E. Reese (Statesboro, GA), and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and countless friends.
