LULA MAE DOYLE, affectionately known to some as Ruby, was born to the late Joe Haynes,
Sr. and Josephine Young, on September 15, 1947, in Millen, Georgia. On Wednesday, August 31,
2022, she transitioned to her heavenly home. She matriculated through the Jenkins County
school system and graduated from Burgess Landrum High School in 1967. As a young girl,
Lula joined Drakes Chapel Baptist Church located in Herndon, Georgia and has always
been a dedicated member, as well as faithful servant of the Lord. She also served and
worshiped at Williams C.O.G.I.C. and many other churches throughout the
community whenever needed. She was joined in Holy matrimony to John Doyle, December
30, 1988. Lula was a vibrant and independent woman from a young age and was employed with
various companies, Thompson Company, Metal Industries, Bethany Home Nursing, and Walmart,
before retirement. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star. Lula will be remembered as a selfless, caring, encouraging, enthusiastic, and all-around simply phenomenal woman who left a positive impact and smile with every individual she came in contact with. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Haynes, Sr.; mother, Josephine Young; sisters, Dorothy Young, Mattie B: Lewis, and Rosa Lee
Pinkney; brothers, Jimmy Young, Joe Haynes, Jr., and Howard Young.

Roosevelt (Sheila) Anthony; sister-in-law, Onnie B. Haynes; a godson, Horace Fuller; grandchildren, Jacquet (Yolonda) Young, Dominique Young, Matthew Holloway, Porshea (Brandon) White, Akeem Young,
