Otis Williams was born 11/07/1965 in Millen, GA to the late Lesley Williams and Veola Mae Cooper Williams.
Otis was a sweet and gentle soul, who had a hearty laugh. He brought a ray of sunshine to many. Like many of us Otis had a way of enjoying life, in particularly, his life. Some would see Otis' life as a challenge, but if you knew him you would know that he didn't. He laughed out loud, but he also showed his displeasure when things didn't please him. When he was caught by surprise, you would hear him say "uh-oh" in laughter. Otis knew God and you would see that in the way he worshiped. You would also see it in the way that people related to him. Otis impacted lives. He didn't write any books or sing any songs, but his life evidenced and glorified his Creator. Otis loved people. God loved Otis.
Otis was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Lesley Williams, Jr., and James Henry Williams.
He leaves to memory, siblings, Robert Williams, Lee Ward (Laura) Williams, Karee Newson-Williams (Carl), Viola Davis, Daisy (Anthony) Nixon; a house of nieces and nephews, and a Uncle, Charlie Scott; other relatives and friends.
