Legacy of Life
Mr. Ronnie Irvin, 62, was born January 6, 1962 to the loving mother of Mattie L. Irvin in Waynesboro, GA.
Ronnie was always the person who knew everyone, if for some reason you didn't know a person, just ask Ronnie and he would inform you. He never met a stranger; he would see the good in everyone. He would help you in anyway he could.
He was an extremely good person, a loving husband, a great son, a devoted father, doting grandfather, and little brother. He was youngest of four children, the baby of the bunch; some would even say he was even spoiled, but that was him talking.
Ronnie was a sports fanatic, he loved all sports, but his all time favorite was Friday night football, the Burke County Bears never traveled far enough where he could not or would not go. Any given Friday night he would be routing for the "Bears." He will be so missed, it hard to fantom what this next life faze will be without him.
On Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, Ronnie traveled his last journey, he meet "The Father" and went home to be reunited with his mother whom just passed three weeks earlier. There was no greater love than that he shared with his mom. It's bitter sweet, but we must live him in heaven with her , forever.
He loved will be carried on in the deep devoted love he had for his family, his soul mate since 1986, Pamela D. Irvin, children, Tonya (Rashad) Carter, his twin look-a-like son, Darion JaRon Benjamin Irvin, his bonus daughters Toni (Joe) Green and LaRhonda Lowery; his grandchildren, Peyton, Raelyn Carter, Dominic "Brody" Lowery, Jeremiah, Kyhlan, JaLania, and Joe, Jr.; his siblings, Evelyn (Wesley) Coleman, Bernice (James) Kirkland, Johnny (Beverly) Irvin, his big sister/2nd mom/ cousin, Willie Mae Williams, and big brother/cousin Eugene (Betty) Jones, Rev. Bertha Lockhart, and Betty Streeter, a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and devoted cousins, in-laws and friends.
Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5: 00 p.m., Friday, November 8th at Chavous B. Johnson Funeral Services 885 Waters St., Waynesboro, GA. 30830
