Rosia Lovell Jenkins was born on September 2, 1934 to the late Mr. William Jerome (J.W.) and Mrs. Virginia J. Lovell in Portal, Georgia. She received her education in Portal, GA at the Willow Hill School and later moved to the Florida area until her health failed.

Rosia Jenkins departed this earthly life on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at her residence in Portal, GA. In addition to her parent's death, she is also preceded in death by her husband and four older siblings.

Rosia Jenkins leaves her memories to be cherished by her baby brother, Mr. Charlie Lovell, Portal, GA; special nephews, Charlie (Sarena) Carr, Portal, GA, Steve (Shanelle) Carr, Millen, GA, and Leon (Angela) Carr, Millen, GA; and niece, Diane (Danny) Moreland, Conyers, GA; and a host of other nieces and nephews, also great nieces and nephews.
