Once again a saint goes home, the late Deacon was born on September 15, 1949 to the late Evangelist Amanda Coley and Superintendent Rufus James Williams.
Rufus attended school in Jenkins, Millen, GA, and later moved to Pompano Beach, FL and continued his education. He was a plaster worker for many years.
