Mr. Sammie Lee Johnson was born on October 8, 1967 to Ella Mae Morris and the late Cardell Robinson. On Wednesday, March 31st, 2021 Sammie departed this life at Northside Hospital Gwinnett, in Lawrenceville, GA. Sammie was raised in Millen, GA and educated at the Jenkins County School Systems.

Sammie enjoyed working on old cars and fishing. He enjoyed watching football; his favorite football teams were the Dallas Cowboys, Florida Gators and the Georgia Bulldogs and beyond football, his favorite tv shows were "The Young and the Restless", "Storage Wars" and watching the News. He also favored the color red.

Sammie was preceded in death by his father, grandmother, stepfather
and sister.

Mother: Ella Mae Morris of Orlando FL; His daughters, Ashley Williams of Statesboro, GA, Latoria Johnson (Christopher) Graham of North Carolina, Samantha Washington of Statesboro, GA, Ariel Johnson of California, Macey Hagins of Portal, GA, Shay Parrish of Atlanta, GA. His Sons: Desean Owens and Joshua Parrish both of Atlanta, GA.
His Sisters: Janie Mae (Patrick) Leaks of Orlando, Fl, Mary Scott of Portal, GA, Iona (Mack) Hudson of Millen, GA, Cora (Clayton) Williams of Vero Beach, Fl, Susie Bell Jones of Vero Beach Fl. His Brothers: James Cardell Robinson of Portal, GA, and Bobby (Emma) Robinson of Pembroke GA. His grandchildren: Kylnslee Johnson, Khylee Graham, Zniyah Washington, Ariana Parrish, Rashawanda Morris and Dream Parrish.
Sammie also has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
that will miss him dearly.
